Chamberlain's Children Center

Not very long ago, I was told of the Chamberlain's Children Center here in Hollister. I was so impressed by their dedication to making a better life for children that I decided to volunteer and donate. I am now on the Board of Directors and hope that in some way I can help these children learn and grow in a safe environment. I can not even imagine what these kids have been through but I can imagine a better life for them.

Chamberlain's Children Center is located in Hollister, CA and it is home to children from all over the state. These are children who come from unimaginable situations. Chamberlain's is a haven where these children can heal so that they can integrate back into society in a positive manner.

We need help to build three new homes for these children. Their current homes are old trailers that are beyond repair. These children deserve homes that are of today's safety standards. Homes where the children can heal and grow.

Stop By and See Real RV Parking!

Tomorrow, I am holding an open house at 900 Rand Street in Hollister. See post below this one for details or email me at mailto:cheryl@cherylcalhoun.com for an exclusive showing. As the heading suggests, this home is unique in that when it states that there is RV parking, by golly, there is concrete RV parking! Many times a listing will state that there is room for an RV or boat but neglect to say that you need to remove a tree first and maybe even add a driveway.

This home has honest to goodness RV parking, a workshop and even an old town facade in the backyard. The interior is absolutely charming and spotless.
